SERVICES

Evidence-based therapy for adults in Los Angeles seeking healing and meaningful change.

A compassionate, collaborative approach to psychotherapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, and life's many transitions.

You don't have to have it all figured out.

Life doesn't always unfold the way we expect. You may be feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, uncertain about what comes next, or simply ready for something to change.

Together, we'll create space to better understand your experiences, identify patterns that may no longer be serving you, and move toward healing, growth, and a more balanced way of living.

HOW I WORK

I believe therapy works best as a collaborative process.

You are the expert on your experiences, and my role is not to tell you who to become or how you should live your life.

Instead, I strive to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, understood, and supported as we work together toward your goals.

My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices that are thoughtfully tailored to your unique needs, experiences, and strengths.
